It is my pleasure to welcome you to Thrive CE Academy Trust.
Thrive is a family of schools united by a shared vision, common values and an unwavering commitment to providing the very best educational experience for every child. As a Church of England Trust, our work is rooted in a distinctively Christian foundation and can be summed up in three simple words: Belonging, Believing and Becoming.
As CEO, my role is to ensure that our schools work together as one organisation, sharing expertise, supporting one another and creating opportunities that enable every child, member of staff and school community to flourish. Whilst each of our schools retains its own unique identity and place within its local community, they also benefit from the collective strength that comes from being part of the Thrive family.
We want everyone connected to our schools to experience a genuine sense of belonging. We believe that children, families and staff thrive when they feel valued, supported and connected to something bigger than themselves.
We want our children, families and staff to have the confidence to keep believing; believing in their own potential, recognising and developing their unique gifts and talents, and understanding the positive contribution they can make to the wider world.
Most importantly, we want every member of our community to continue becoming all they are capable of being, growing in character, knowledge, confidence and faith within a loving, ambitious and inclusive environment.
Today, Thrive works across three local authorities and has developed a strong track record of improving schools, supporting leaders and creating opportunities for children. Every school within our Trust experiences the tangible benefits of collaboration, shared expertise and high-quality central support, allowing leaders and teachers to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional education.
Our ambition to grow is driven by purpose, not scale. We are passionate about extending the opportunities that Thrive provides to more schools, more communities and, ultimately, more children. We know the difference that strong collaboration, shared values and collective responsibility can make, and we are committed to ensuring that every school within Thrive continues to grow stronger as part of our family.
